Warranty

Each Sankyo flute comes with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers the unlikely possibility of any manufacturing defects and begins on the date of original purchase from an authorized Sankyo dealer. If a manufacturing defect is identified within the first year of ownership, the instrument will be repaired at no cost to the customer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or natural disaster, nor does it cover routine maintenance.

If the flute has been repaired or modified by someone who is not an authorized dealer or repair technician, the warranty will be voided. For warranty repair service or evaluation, please contact the authorized dealer from whom the flute was purchased.
